Georgann
Eubanks has more than 25 years of progressive experience in strategic
planning, communications, and organizational development with emphasis
in the nonprofit sector, particularly higher education and the arts.
Georgann has designed and delivered customized training for professionals
at national, regional, and local venues; developed and written positioning
pieces for a range of organizations, companies, and foundations. Since
1991, she has produced publications and white papers involving extensive
field interviews and overall strategic planning and communications strategies
for the organizations listed here.
Over the years, Georgann has played a leadership role
in the design of Duke University's Nonprofit Leadership Institute, held
annually at Wildacres Retreat. She has worked as a consulting associate
with Art & Science
Group of Baltimore and Carrboro, Open
Source Leadership Strategies of Durham, NC, and has presented seminars
nationwide on effective writing, print marketing, and nonprofit leadership,
and has conducted staff development workshops for organizations ranging
from the National Association of Realtors to the National Court Appointed
Special Advocates (CASA) Program.
